Surface Preparation

Clean all surfaces thoroughly before applying this caulk. Use rubbing alcohol to remove soap film. Remove any old caulk or paint. Allow to dry completely before caulking with TC-10. Mask off joint to be sealed for neater bead, especially for bathroom caulking jobs like setting tile. Fill deep joints with solid filler to within 1/2" of surface.

Cartridge Application

Load TC-10 cartridge into standard caulking gun. Cut nozzle at 45° angle for desired bead size (marked on nozzle). Apply continuous bead of TC-10 into gap, using uniform pressure to fill completely. Smooth over with wet finger or tool. Caulk skins over within 10 minutes and should be level with surface. Let dry for 24 hours before exposing to water (especially important for bathroom caulking jobs). Drying time may be extended under humid conditions.

Painting Guidelines

Paintable with oil or latex paint. For best results, wait 24 hours, longer under humid conditions.

Squeeze Tube Application

Knead tube to soften contents. Cut tip at 45° angle where marked for desired bead size.
